30 Days Free Returns & Exchanges

Easy peasy, you can return or exchange any goods, for any reason, within 30 days.

by click ‘chat with us’ button on the bottom right of each page

Please include the order number and email address. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return postage label and refund immediately. For international returns we won’t refund the original shipping cost but will use Paypal to reimburse the return postage fee.

 

12 Month Warranty

All our goods come with a 12 month warranty covering material defects and production faults. During this time, we will repair or replace defective goods. If this is not possible we will offer a refund within the first 6 months or an exchange or gift voucher for purchases made over 6 months ago.
