30-Day Returns & Exchanges (Customer Provides Return Postage)

No worries — you can return or exchange any item, for any reason, within 30 days.

To start a return, please visit your Shopify customer account at https://account.sugarkittenlondon.co.uk to request or manage your return.

Please include your order number and email address. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your returned item.
For international returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

12-Month Warranty

All our products include a 12-month warranty covering material defects and manufacturing faults. During this period, we will repair or replace defective items whenever possible. If that isn’t feasible, we’ll offer a refund within the first 6 months, or an exchange or gift voucher for purchases older than 6 months.
